Beware of Scams - Double Check Emails

Hello Everyone,

We're writing to make you aware of a phishing attempt involving emails that appear to come from RAMP InterActive. We want to ensure you have the information needed to protect yourself.

We've identified activity involving a lookalike email addresses and spoofed messages designed to impersonate us. The fraudulent sender has been using the domain ramplnteractive.com, spelled with a lowercase "L," rather than our legitimate domain, rampinteractive.com, spelled with an "i." The two are very easy to confuse at a glance.

Please keep the following in mind:

• Do not click any PDF links that direct you to OneDrive, as these have been associated with the fraudulent rampLnteractive domain.
• Be cautious of any unexpected requests, unusual links, or attachments.
• Verify the sender's address carefully before responding or taking any action.

If anything seems off, please do not reply, click any links, or open any attachments. Instead, reach out to us directly through your usual contact to confirm whether a message is legitimate.

This will also happen from time to time with Scammers pretending to be our President, or Treasurer - asking if you have a minute - then asking for gift cards or money or something. This is all a scam (obviously). We will never write you from an email not officially from the Rockets. Be aware on your mobile phone- and always expance the email address to see if it's Valid, it is easy for them to spoof at name or buy a domain that is simular to ours, or in the case above - RampInteractive - where they bought Ramp L nterative  (L vs i)
